Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, including customizing flavors and toppings to meet customer preferences
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
Handle cashier responsibilities, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift’s end
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Requirements

Previous barista or food service experience, especially in coffee or café environments
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math for transactions, sales tracking, and inventory counts
Experience in retail math, cash handling, serving, and food preparation is preferred
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail or food industry setting
